Shenzhen Arts and Exhibition Center renovated

Shenzhen Arts and Exhibition Center has renovated itself after it was approved to act as an exhibiting branch venue last year.

The renovation includes equipping a guidance system and upgrading the functions of each hall. Furthermore, it has introduced talents and improved its management to meet requirements of a burgeoning cultural industry.

Located in the Shenzhen Sungang Logistics Park, the center assembles handicrafts from home and abroad and is a hub for tourists to buy souvenirs and gifts. Since it was established in April 2004, it has been developed into a flagship of arts and crafts.

The center has themed halls, housing well-known products such as Jingde Town porcelain, Tangshan fine bone porcelain, Yixing Zisha pottery, Shaanxi bronzes, Yunnan-Guizhou batik and other exquisite handicrafts.It is the biggest specialized wholesale market of porcelain, handicrafts, gifts, and classical furniture in China and a facilitating base for exports to Europe, America, Middle East and Southeast Asia. Among 350 traders there, 189 possess exporting certificates.

In the years to come, the center aims to develop regional chains centered in big cities, direct and exclusive sales located in middle and small cities. It also plans to establish multi-national cultural industry ally with cultural industry organizations and companies in the world.
