On the study of the Directors Conference of National Publicity Department, the principals of Shenzhen emphasized that we should fully understand the spirit of the Central Committee, improve the level of publicizing the ideological work, and try the best to promote the business & exhibition invitation of the 2^ndICIF.

(Journalist Maxuan) Yesterday, Shenzhen Municipal Culture & Publicity System held the conference, study the spirit of the Directors Conference of National Publicity Department, Directors Conference of National Civilization Office, and Directors Conference of Notional Foreign Publicity Office. Li Yizhen, vice secretary of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee, Wang Jinsheng, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee, director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee, attended on the study conference, emphasized that we should carry out the spirit of the three conferences, make every effort to improve the level of publicizing the ideological work, and try the best to promote the business & exhibition invitation, develop the publicity and culture of Shenzhen.

On the study conference, Wang Jingsheng conveyed the spirit of the Directors Conference of National Publicity Department; the important lecture of Li Chnagchun, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee; the important deploy of Liu Yunshan, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, chief of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, and so on spirit. Duan Yabin, deputy director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee, director of Shenzhen Municipal Culture Office, conveyed the spirit of Directors Conference of National Culture Office. Sun Jing, director of Shenzhen Municipal Foreign Publicity Office, conveyed the spirit of Directors Conference of the National Foreign Publicity Office.

Li Yizhen said, the areas, departments and administrations should organize to deeply study the spirit of the three conferences. We should especially fully study & understanding the important lectures of Li Changchun & Liu Yunshan. For the important summary of Li Changchun, like the international & national new position of publicizing the ideological work, how to strengthen & improve the publicity troubles, the general desire of the next year publicity & the eight assignments and so on important points, we should study and carry out.

Li Yizhen said that, in order to study and carry out the spirit, we should combine it with the spirit of publicizing the ideological work and the ideological construction; combine it with Shenzhen. We also should sum-up the publicity of this year, plan for the next year & "the eleventh five years". Li Yizhen emphasized, later, one of the most important tasks of Shenzhen Publicity & Culture System is to promote the business & exhibition invitation of the 2^ndICIF, look for the exhibition products & the buyers, enlarge the dealing trade, promote the export of China cultural products. He requested that the areas of Shenzhen should carefully plan & organize the excellent products to take part in the exhibit, help the excellent products to go abroad, at the same time, they should call on the area cultural celebrities to join the business invitation, make every effort to look for the buyers. The five branch venues of the 2^ndICIF are set in every areas of Shenzhen, every areas should plan the activities of the branch venues well, and also participate in the organizing of the ICIF, try our best to promote the business & exhibition invitation. What's more, we should pick up the construction of Shenzhen cultural industry areas, try the best to make the cultural centralized effect, pick up the development of Shenzhen cultural industry.
