The International Performance Hall is a key exhibition hall of the 2nd ICIF, aims on not only to bring the world's best live performances to China, but more importantly, to present China's best live performances to the world. It includes the International Hall, the Hongkong、 Macao、 Taiwan Hall, the Mainland China Hall,Shenzhen Hall and the Stage Equipment Hall. The total area reaches 7500 square meters.

1. Brief introduction of the background

International Hall

Shenzhen Hall

Stage Equipment hall

Purpose: Establish a exchange platform for the cultural communication, hardware purchase, collection of the projects of the performance businessman, organization, festival organizer at home and abroad.

4. Participating

(1)Procedures for participating in ICIF

1. Booth booking

Eligible applicants should apply to the organizing committee for booths before Feb. 28, 2006.

2. Contract signing

The organizing committee will sign contracts with exhibitors, who are required to pay booth fee and other charges into the bank account provided by the committee within seven days after signing contracts.

3. Booth confirmation

The organizing committee will give confirmation to exhibitors within three days upon receiving payment and provide them with a copy of Exhibitors' Manual, with instructions on how to prepare for the fair.

4. Documents

Exhibitors are required to submit to the organizing committee required documents, for the purpose of compiling the show catalog and other fair publications before March 31, 2006.

Booth preparation: May 15 to 17

Exhibition period: May 18 to 21

Booth removal: May 22, 2006

5. The Introduction of the International Performing Manufacture Company

Shenzhen Performing Company and Macao CESL Asia Group will cooperate and set the International Performing Hall, on the purpose of exchanging the international performing program and equipment, cooperation on scheme and market, and technology communication.
