Guan Shanyue Art Meseum is a non-profit and national-level cultural institution, specialized in collecting, studying, displaying and popularizing works of Guan Shanyue and other excellent works of art in his time while dealing with contemporary and modern arts at home and abroad. The tenet of the museum is to promulgate national culture, improve aesthetics of the citizens, promote exchange of arts, and drive the development of Chinese fine arts.

There are 30 members, among whom, six are researchers, nine professional artists, and three designers. Since the founding of the gallery, it has conducted academic exchanges of arts and culture, and organized seminars and exhibitions for many times.
