Konka Group Co., Ltd. was founded on May 21, 1980 and is the first Sino-foreign electronic enterprise in China. In August 1991, Konka was shifted into a Sino-foreign public holdings Co. after re-grouping. On March 27, 1992, Konka's A and B shares were listed on the Shenzhen Security Exchange at the same time. At present, the Group has more than RMB 10 billion Yuan of total assets and RMB 4 billion Yuan of net assets. The Group has been listed as one of the national 300-key enterprises, a large key enterprise group supported by Shenzhen City and Guangdong Province, and the first electronic enterprise whose turnover exceeded RMB 10 billion Yuan in Shenzhen City and Guangdong Province. In addition, the Group ranked the 4^thplace in China's Top 100 Electronic Enterprises for consecutive four years.
