Project Name: Yunnan Digital Mobile TV Media

Project Overview: Digital mobile TV broadcasts and receives TV programs by wireless signal transmission and ground digital equipment receiving. Supported by digital TV technology, this project will cover scattered residents who cannot be covered by cable TV due to high cost and mobile group on vehicles like buses so that they can receive clear digital TV programs. The project will utilize the original channel resources of Yunnan TV Station and adopt advanced digital technologies to construct a first class digital mobile TV media platform that is of world advanced level and unique Yunnan features. The digital mobile TV media project has tremendous market potential in Yunnan. In Kunming alone, there're 570,000 motor vehicles, more than 1,900 of buses, hundreds of public places, and about 1 million of fixed users. Seen from the perspective of development, if China's DVB—H market experiences more rapid development, the unique advantages of this project will be more obvious. The implementation of the project will fill in the blank of wireless digital TV of Yunnan Province. A unique cultural media network system with obvious resource advantages will be constructed based on development.
