Project Overview: The human culture scenic spot is located at the Nvwashan Mountain in the middle of this county, 30 kilometers away from Ankang City and 15 kilometers away from Pingli County Town. At the spot, the area of mountainous region is 62 km²with 95% of forest acreage. It is said that Nv Wa Goddess, one of the Three Augusts once resided here. In Xia Dynasty, Nv Wa Ancestral Hall was built to eulogize her who melted down stones to repair the sky. The original name of the Hall was Bao Ling Temple. Ancestral halls and temples were built here afterwards by many dynasties to have formed an awesome and magnificent architectural complex. To date, the Nv Wa historical site is still remained. Cultural relics like Nv Wa Tomb, Nv Wa Temple, Temple of Jade Emperor, Fire God Temple, Dagoba Complex, and Wu Prince Tomb are in perfect harmony with the famous ecological natural scenes of "Nv Wa Cloud Sea, Nv Wa Sunrise, Zhonghuang Sunlight after Snow, and Listen to Symphony of Sea in Pine Grove". It's a perfect place for the Chinese to seek their ancestors and explore the deep and remote scene, as well as for sightseeing and tourism. Construction contents include infrastructure construction, restoration and development of tourism spot, and tourism service facilities.

After the project is accomplished, 100,000 tourists are expected to be received each year, with RMB30 million Yuan of annual business revenue and RMB 5 million Yuan of annual profit. The investment return period is 10 years.
