Project Overview: Tropical Film & TV Base is a comparatively large film and TV tourism base in China integrating film and TV production and entertainment and tourism functions. The construction of the base is prepared by Hainan Broadcast TV Station in the famous tourism spot of the only tropical island in China. Site selection of the base: Sanya. The base has three theme parks: film and TV production entertainment theme park, marine ecology theme park, and tropical customs theme park. The base will be constructed into an AAAA-class tourism spot. In the meantime, film and TV shooting and production and leisure and tourism will be gradually connected with international operational mode. The based will be constructed into a film and TV culture entertainment tourism base with natural, tropical, and leisure styles. Meanwhile, based on the film and TV base, relevant operational entities will be set up to specialize in the operation of film and TV tourism, including film and TV shooting and production, hotel, film and TV publishing, leisure and tourism, culture communication, real estate, and landscape design decoration company, to fully facilitate the industrialization development of radio and TV industries.
