Project Name: Shenyang Xinle Aboriginal Cultural Park

Project Scope & Construction Content: Cover 256,000 m²of land and the building area is 27,000 m². Re-construct and expand the existing museum, set up exhibition hall, restore primitive villages and primitive fishing and hunting zone, and imitate primitive zoo and amusement park.

Total Investment: US$120 million, among which US$12 million for Project Phase I, US$60 million for Project Phase II, and US$48 million for Project Phase III.

Cooperation Mode: Cooperation

Cooperation Condition: Chinese party shall provide the existing protection zone and land within relocation range, and cultural relics exhibition and display technologies; foreign party shall invest in project capital (may be invested in installments), advanced technologies, and large-scale amusement facilities.
