Exhibitors ready for ICIF

    EXHIBITORS at the Second China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industry Fair (ICIF) will begin setting up booths in the Convention and Exhibition Center from May 15, according to Chinese-language media.

    Some 1,343 exhibitors will attend the fair.

    The China Cultural Industry Products Sales Hall, the biggest hall in the exhibition, will house 128 exhibitors.

    The Arts and Crafts Hall, the second-largest hall, will provide booths for 189 companies.

    The Creative Design Hall, which will showcase fashion design, will have 116 exhibitors.

    The latest digital television technology, digital movie equipment and printing equipment will be exhibited in the Media Technology Hall where 116 exhibitors will set up booths.

    The International Performing Arts Hall has been reserved for international performance troupes. The Painting and Calligraphy Hall will exhibit 200 works of great masters of the Song (960-1279), Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) dynasties.

    There will be an exhibition featuring publishing companies and newspapers in the Chinese Publications Hall.

    The Animation and Games Hall will hold 56 exhibitors, while Vocational Education Hall will house 214 exhibitors.
