We had emailed the “Confirm Letter” to the applicant online to get the professional visitor’s badge. The applicant who had been approved and had received the Confirm Letter yet should get the badge according to the following arrangement:

    Time: 14:30-18:00, May 12th, 2006, 9:30-18:00, May 13th, 2006.

    Place: Room 205, Service Area, 2F, North Gate of Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center.

    Please bring your identity card or passport (the surrogate should bring both his and the applicant’s identity card or passport).

    If the ecdemic visitors can not get the ticket according to the arrangement above, we will arrange you to get the ticket at 14:00-17:00, on May 17th, 2006. We won’t keep your ticket out of the date.

    Note: 1.During the fair, because of the busy traffic, please get the bus early.
